Read the cheat features. It doesn't say Free iAP included, you're trying to buy stuff in-game cost $ which is iAP The cheat offered Freeze Currencies and Unlimited Currencies (Spend to Gain). So everytime you spend in-game currency (like coin/ gem to upgrade hero, etc ...) it will freeze your amount. For Unlimited Currencies (Spend to Gain), assume the upgrade cost 10 gold and you do the upgrade, instead of subtracting your 10 coin it will add 10 coins everytime you spend. Only use 1 option (I prefer Freeze because it more safe and look legit) For damage/ defense multiplier after you set value you need to turn the cheat on (tap on it) like the rest options

So you want to purchase real in-app purchase within the game? If this is the case then you can't because Apple doesn't allow making in-app purchase on sideloaded apps So if you want to make real purchase, install modded app as duplicate by changing bundleid, and install original version from the appstore so you can switch back and forth easily

This is game login, just login with the method that you saved account. I recomended using google because sign in with Apple on non-jb required paid certificate (or App+) to work
