1/ iGG maybe bugged, try with other apps see if this is the issue for specific app or all app. Give the name of the app yoi having issue 2/ App has detection, try injecting sideloadspoofer in Sideloadly advance setting

Report to the cheat author inside cheat topic. This is not App+ Problem, as long as you can install App+ and managed to install the cheat this is no longer App+ issue
