I don't play the game so idk, you need to figure it out yourself. Also when you reach certain stage / complete tutorial there should be option for you to choose to login to load previous save. This is standard from most game unless the game is using gamecenter to save

Then just use global version?? I don't understand people sometimes, if it is region lock then play international version. I literally made 2

Enable file sharing settings when you sideload it will grant you access to app Documents folder to copy save file. Then do the same on other devices to paste the save file in Only work if game stored in Documents folder, if stored somewhere else you are out of luck
