    That feature has been broken for a long time. I think @Rookneed to disable it if he has no plan on fixing it to avoid confusion If you have apple developer account you can extract certificate to use on phone with Feather app instead

    Try enable ui file sharing in Sideloadly and sideload the game. Then access on your iOS device Files app and find the game Documents folder then back it up. Not sure if this method work

    I don't play the game so idk which service they use to save the game, usually a fb login / google login will be fine, else your certificate must support gamecenter entitlements in order to use it for save
