On IGG u can raise the level to 60 and promote to 10, but in multiplayer it doesn't actually improve nothing with strength or health, it's kinda faking ppl out. Is there a way to actually make it work. Seems as if the only way for it to work is do it on reset of "Breakthrough"! Wally west health actually goes to 146k when actually promoted to fullest. And the Raven goes up to 150k+
