I got the file downloaded and installed but when I get into the loading screen it asks to update and sends me to the play store but it just says uninstall or open. No option to update pls help

yes i have tried the pc way but i keep getting error to install once it gets halfway. and it is already downloaded from appcake i just need to install it, but every time i hit install i see the yellow bar above saying its installing but its taking forever. i waited at least an hour before i tried trying it again to install.
