Theres other ways to install tweaks besides iFile?

Unless I'm really bad at searching for info on this, but I cannot get my hacks/ tweaks show up in my Settings. Would it happen to be because of 8.4? I have Preference Loader installed, I've reinstalled it too. When I install the tweaks they end with Result Code 0

That;s what I did. But it couldn't read the disk

I got it to read the disk. I followed this https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929461 I want to factory restore the laptop tho. I got it to work tho.

Looked at the properties of the DVD driver and it tells me this Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)

Now that I think about it, I did downgrade some drivers to fix something that Minecraft (I know, the god) was having issues with Intel Let me revert the drivers. That shouldn't be the issue but I'll try

I said 64bit fam It's the Windows 8.1 installation disk. I've used it to install windows several times already

So today I tried to re-install Windows on my laptop, but when I click on Remove everything and reinstall Windows It tells me that Some files are missing. Your Windows installation or recovery media will provide these files. The problem is, my laptop isn't reading the installation disk of Windows 8.1 64bit. I checked my drivers and there's two with a yellow exclamation mark First one under DVD/CD-ROM drives hp DVDRW SU208FB And the second one under Other Devices SM Bus Controller I already tried updating them but it tells me they're up to date. I uninstalled them and re-installed them but the disk still cannot be read. Help help help
