Yes and when you edit rubies/tokens you will be set to negative rubies which you will want to do 1 attack and it would set back to 0 that's why when you edit rubies/tokens you want to use them all before reloading game. You also want to make sure you can see the exact amount of rubies tokens you have so you can edit it

Medals do matter.. I'm lvl 234 btw and I abuse certain hacks yet again I'm on android.

Aslong as you don't reach lvl 30th within a week show off or rank in the top 1000s in leaderboards you should be fine and also medals should look legit for you're level and don't add to much items at 1 time to you're account. I tested most ways to get banned and seemed to be doing fine now by going by what I stated above.
