Nope, Sorry ! ... If you have access to another computer, find some good iso from the internet and make it bootable on a flash drive using Microsoft's windows 7 usd/dvd tool. Doesn't matter if the iso is activated or not. Repairing works with both..

Hmmm... Well there's one thing left then ! You might need to repair your windows using a windows 7 installation dvd/cd/usb. In repair windows, repair with command prompt, and enter the following commands (one by one...) chkdsk /r fixboot fixmbr exit Reboot and see if it's fixed ! Edit: May take some time, so don't rush !

Try restoring from Safe Boot mode ?
