    Ok you have the same problem I had, a messed up Home button, well to fix it it's simple. Get ReiBoot/RecBoot (Search forum) and enter safe mode then exit it. And no, it won't mess up any Jailbreak, I did it.

    iBackupBot got updated, I believe it supports iOS 9, not sure though.

    Try ReiBoot/RecBoot works best on mac as it solves that problem on mac better but the windows version should work. I made a topic about it

    Everytime you hook anything, you need to have "%end" and I don't see one on your Tweak

    Try downloading a different app and see if the same happens, if so, clear storage then re-download. If that doesn't solve it then I suggest making a new Apple ID
