Just search for .dylib and wait till you see some familiar names that you used to download hacks and go to that path. Scroll till you see xcon

I believe that xcon is broken. Hopefully you have Filza File Manager working then you need to remove xcon.dylib & plist Then rejailbreak and remove xcon from Cydia

Nonjailbroken is not possible

iOS 11 only can do x64. While below iOS 11 allows x64 devices to use x32 portion or x64. you can't make x32 work on x64 in iOS 11

There is no JB for "IOS 11.3.1." And what are you trying to side load?
