Kinda. If it's SAV cheats/game center sync then it's fine. But not hacking x32 portion on x64 device that is on iOS 11+

Q1. Not at the moment. Q2. You would have to crack the binary and find the function for a cheat. Then make IPA. Another way is SAV cheats which use iMazing. x64 devices can use hack from x32 portion if their iOS is less than iOS 11. iOS 11+ can't use x32 ipa since it's for x64 only.
