It’s not wrong doing it. If you know the hex, then you can edit it. Keep the backup binary to somewhere safe if you mess up. At the moment, you can’t crack the IPA on 11.3.1.

You don't need to replace the binary. Load the binary to IDA and hack

I advise you to edit with sublime or notepad++ . it won't give you that error. You only need to replace the ASCII with "
