You can downgrade but it's more work and there's a chance it will become corrupt What I really want to do is enable dev mode in the binary but idk how to do it but I know you need to first decrypt it

You can't hex edit anymore it's encrypted The only way to hex edit is if you first decrypt then re-Encrypt it after hex editing
