If this is for an iPhone what iOS version is it? Have you considered Cydia Eraser, reset, and rejailbreak?

I take it you installed Yalu with Cydia Impactor? Then you opened the app and pressed go? If Cydia didn't install I suggest a retry... Wait iOS 10.2 beta? Why are you still on a beta firmware? Regardless of the reason, with your iOS being beta it's way out of my league. Maybe someone with more experience can help you more...

You can only save your blobs when Apple is still signing the iOS version. They stopped signing for iOS 8.4 quite a while back. Your best bet is Cydia Eraser, but keep in mind after it's finished all your apps etc will be gone. In a way it's like a restore but you stay on your current iOS version.

Whoa. I suggest you email back and see if it's a temporary ban or a permanent one. About your question... logging into anyone's account that not yours is against their terms. You are only allowed one account and you are not allowed to log into another user account. I don't know what else to say. Sorry. Also no, there is no way to speed it up.

Depending on how busy they are it could take a few days. When you submitted the ticket tonight did you get an email with a case number?

It will suck, but maybe you should contact them on the website asking to consider removing the ban that you won't use a VPN to spoof your location anymore. I messaged them because of a lifetime ban and they reduced it to 2 days. The form is confusing... after you click submit it is NOT sent. It will even say at the top the form is not submitted and some suggestions to try to help you. You have to click no so the form will send. You will then soon after get a ticket number in your email. If it's like Disney Magic Kingdoms you copy that case number and load your game where the pop up says you are banned and you click the contact. Put you email and case # in and wait. It can take days or mere hours. Lucky for me it was hours.

If you are lucky, and I hope you are, the ban will only last 2 days the first time. My suggestion to you, don't use a vpn to change locations to play any Gameloft game, they will ban you for it. Each ban last longer than the last. 2 days, 1 week, 2 weeks up to a permanent ban. They really don't play with mods/cheats. Even changing the time on your device will get you a ban.
