Thanks. Coolbooter is for jailbroken devices, but the iPhone 6 and my husbands iPad Air aren't. I hope there can eventually be something. I'm debating to putting his iPad on iOS 11.1.1 while it's still being signed. He's on 10.2.1 so I can't jailbreak it and I'm afraid if I don't now and there is a jailbreak for that version I will miss out. I'm not worried about the phone being jailbroken.

I really hate having to ask this and honestly never thought I would need to. I've been saving the blobs on my husbands iPad Air, my iPad Air, and my iPhone 6. Is there a way to downgrade to an earlier iOS version with my blobs in Windows 10 without needing a virtual machine, Linux, or a mac? I'm mainly concerned with my husbands iPad Air but went digging around to try it on the iPhone 6 and I've researched so much and not gotten a straight answer. Thank you so much in advance!!!
