Yeah u can use IDA for Windows and yeah u can make a binary hack and sign IPA then install it like any other app but takes lots of time

I totally disagree with this Installing and Getting Paid apps; cuz they are just bunch of greedy assholes U fcking waste your time downloading/playing and sometimes they dont even give you points and u have to download like 100 apps to get 5$ itunes card and u need to change country using VPN a lot to get more offers. Can easily explain that . the folders u r seeing are ad folders that are integrated in iAPCRAZY app. So even if u delete them they will come back since u r opening the app and the ads are loading again So there is no use to delete it but one thing Im sure about is its not harmful to your iDevice.
