Did you download SDK file and put it inside /var/theos/sdks? If not you can manual download from website (google search pls) or use command in putty : installsdk3 (idk still can use this method or not)

it suppose to named : iPhoneOS8.1.sdk maybe you try to rename to this? change the makefile first line to this: ARCHS = armv7 arm64 TARGET = iphone:clang:latest:latest include theos/makefiles/common.mk
