You can't use gamegem to hack it or any iOS cheatengine like iGG or gameplayer since the currency are server-sided. This has been said many time, sorry. Mark this as answered

Start small like i did, download Filza, gameplayer/GameGem/iGG and maybe flex if you want a bit of challenge. Download some simple offline games that are easy to hack ( there's alot) Then go inside the games folder using Filza and try to play with the values and see what you can hack. Then when you feel a bit experienced and see what the coding looks like, follow the tutorials on how to hack, start with ms and mshook. Hope I helped
