This is a nice idea and I could help the french community if it's made. The only problem that I see with this is that if someone who made a topic which is non-english starts posting several things that are against the rules, the only way for it to be noticed and taken down is understanding the language and reporting it or having to google translate every topic. I might be wrong but that's just an opinion.
