The latest you can do is 12.1.2 with uncover jailbreak, you can do it with NO ADVERTISING ALLOWED!

I have ios 11.3.1, electra jailbreak 1.3 and i cant load any hack, i already installed preference loader and substrate compatibility layer, but they are not working, i had uncover until now and everything was working, any idea how i could fix it?
