I think so, but DiDA had a good point to why the dev won't reset it. People have spent actual money on this game already .

Your team must be all Super types not Extreme types.

Restart you Android/Emulator.

What's your issue? If you're experiencing issues with installing savegames, it tells you the instructions on the topic. If you're receiving ibackupbot error, search the forum with the error. I'm sure you'll be able to find the error then. Follow this if you're on iOS 8, 9, and 10.
