Are you still getting issues? Play(get wood and grass) for a minute with the clean apk. Then, quit the game. Make sure that when you go on Multitask manager that LDOE is black. Go to your File Manager and replace the old files woth the modded files.

For your issue, I think you did something wrong. Play with the original game for a minute or two, and close it from multitasking/quit the game. Go to your file manager and transfer the modded files to the path: /data/data/zombie.survival.craft.z/lib. Run the game and it should work.

A new feature was accidentally found and it's currency freezer. It's pretty much useless if you have no coins. I'll try to fix it tomorrow. Sorry for the inconvenience.
