Hold the power and home button. As soon as the apple logo appears, let go off power button then hold volume up and home. Hold it for a while, it should boot properly. If it works or you do it right, downgrade Cydia Substrate.

Have you tried sending it to Safe Mode? To go to Safe Mode: Hold power and home button. As soon as you see the apple logo, let go off the power button and hold both the volume up and home button. Hold it until it boots properly. After that, downgrade Cydia Substrate. And if that doesn't work, Apple stopped signing iOS 8. You are stuck whether to solve your issue or to upgrade to iOS 9.1. -

Click on the search bar and look for something in-game. For example, fragger is a game where you throw grenades. Search grenades on the search bar in Flex.
