Get the offset from iGG. Attach and set watchpoint to the iGG offset. Increase/decrease the value of the offset. Keep going until you get it. You should get the IDA offset.

What do you mean? You can use FLEX 2 on simple games. Encrypting binaries needs IDA. -
Perhaps the tweak doesn't support iOS 8.4.
