Hold Power and home button. As soon as the apple screen shows up, let go of the power button and press the volume up and home button. Hold it until it boots properly. After that, downgrade Cydia Substrate to the previous version. Click on the package > Modify > Downgrade

That's the easiest way of doing it.. Technically, save games are the easiest. Basically using iGG/GP/GameGem to hack the currency and uploading the Documents and Library folders.
