I guess you fixed your issue from earlier. I suggest you hide some of the content.

Downgrade Cydia Substrate by Package > Modify > Downgrade. Select v0.9.6011 for Cydia Substrate.

Get the v0.9.6011 since the past two updates are broken.

Go to the package > Modify > Downgrade

Downgrade Cydia Substrate.It's broken so hacks and tweaks do not work.

Why can't you use Safari?
