Cellular Data uses your battery, which I hate. If I'm not mistaken, I don't think there's any tweak for battery usage.

Instead of modifying the binary, why don't you code inject(make it into a .deb file)?

This cheat should work for iOS 8, like what the boss said. ^ The only solution I can find when a cheat does not work is that Cydia Substrate needs to be version 0.9.6011 (at least for me).
