Told you. Don't know where you got that from. Options you have right now.. Jailbreak your phone and if you mess up, you can use Cydia Impactor(if compatible, honestly don't know if it is..) or upgrade your iOS and wait for years for a jailbreak.

How are you trying to cheat the game? You're on 9.3.1 which has no jailbreak at all.

Then try that. I'm pretty sure it will update you to the latest firmware.
