No full bypass, just temporary ones.

There are no full iCloud bypass, only temporary ones which gives you limited access to your iDevice.

You can't unban without a jail broken device.

VMWare was always my go-to Virtual Machine.

The servers banned you so that happened. It's caused by jumping to far away places.

You can only update to 9.3.2 since Apple stopped signing iOS 8.

Unfortunately, we don't have a FULL iCloud bypass, but around the forum, there are some DNS servers to temporarily bypass the lock.
