didnt go to safe mode ;( just plain black after apple logo

how can i go to safe mode? i cant open power tap..it just keeps on rebooting and the screen is just black

iphone 5s ios 8.4 i deleted some music using ifile on var/mobile/media/purchase i cant delete music through the app Music that is why i deleted it in ifile after that i rebooted my device, then white screen with apple logo then total black screen but i tried connecting it to my computer, it reads the files and apps in ibackupbot.. after some time my phone reboots.. tried using Dr.Fone it says the system is working fine.. dont know what to do..it keeps on rebooting help me please.. i uploaded my crash file in here http://www.4shared.com/file/n6iOQr9Yba/tccd_2016-07-16-144141_iyen.html

lemme see i thought this would be like saying something about using protect my privacy to fake your location and go to places with lots of pokéstop i.e (San Diego) and with the tweak of william you could roam around with ease.. be blessed for i have shared this info.. (many places on earth have no pokécenter or pokemon)
