I tried that on my pc, desktop, iPad, iPod ", and iPhone at first I thought it's because I was using an account from here and maybe people changed the passwords like they always do, so I tried using my email and pass and it still said "username is invalid" idk what I'm doing wrong

you're wrong lol I understand why you'd take it the wrong way, but it IS possible to follow that tutorial and its IS possible to downgrade. the author of that article put that update because that's when Apple stopped signing iOS 8.2 but just go ahead and do what the tutorial says,
