If you are using real money to buy ingame stuff always disable localiapstore as it will still charge you but you won't receive anything email apple support with a receipt number

Yes I did read you can get any country Apple ID from the vip section

It does work as I used American AppStore before it was released in the uk. There are different country logins in the vip section
