Delete/disable Facebook app and connect to facebook manually and now Risk Profile and Fb account will be linked. And then login with same Fb account on any device.

Perhaps, i had turned both options LocalIAPStore i guess. It worked for me but it may not work for all, so i recommend others not to do this and just follow each and every step in the Tutorial Video carefully. I only followed the video till 0:34 and i found that i am now a VSCO member.
