What about Modern Combat 5? Can you please re-sign Modern Combat 5 ipa since I can’t download it trough cydia Impactor?

I tried many times with different apple id-s, different phones, different pc and everytime it is stuck at 'VerifyingApplication' at about 50% loaded @DiDA https://imgur.com/a/q9V5c (This is Modern combat 5) I even revoked all certificates and apple id-s and tried again. When i try other apps it works but when i try Modern combat 5 it doesn't work. Iphone 6 Ios 11.0.3
