Hey im an IT Tech and your the best GPU that wont bottleneck you are: RX 470-480 i'd prefer the aftermarket custom build, GTX 1060 6GB by GIGABYTE. Also i'd recommend an intel i5 6600 or K edition As for motherboard if you want the maximum potential for your CPU you should get Z170 motherboard, doesnt matter by what subvendor. The Z170 is the most efficient motherboard for Skylake Architecture CPUs.
