Whoops, thought it was the Installer in the first pic. Error 256 pertains to the deb dependancy package missing. It might also mean that the deb archive is damaged. You need to either uninstall the file from cydia first, close the app, or install the dependencies

Resukt Code: 0 means it installed properly. Also it states that "everything is okay"

The best course of action is to Forcibly Clear it, then reinstall. The only reason it's "unsafe" is because it is refering to the fact that it is clearing out the "unsafe" half installed package on your device. Hope that answers the question now.
