Try uninstalling iAPFree and using LocalIAPStore instead. If that doesn't work, then go ahead and make a hack request for that app.

Well I did everything I was supposed to, but when I went over to iFunbox it still said that the Sandbox was restricted. What the hell? -
Yeah I tried downloading HiPStore from the AppStore but it isn't on there anymore. So that solution isn't going to work. And the app I am trying to download is around 86 MB, and I have 2.46 GB of free space left.

When I used the game it gave me everything it was supposed to, but when I tried to spend the money it said I didn't have enough. I closed the game out of multitask and reopened the app, and it showed the money I earned which was in the low hundreds. -
Yeah. My iPhone isn't jailbroken due to being practically forced to update to iOS 9.1. As for the whole Wifi thing, my phone was connected to Wifi at the time.

So I downloaded vShare on my iPhone 5S which is running on iOS 9.1, and it works fine. The only problem I have with it is that apps that I download that are over 100 MB don't get installed. It keeps giving me an error every time it is about to install.
