It could be the save games are outdated for those.

What is the full error code? Hacks require Cydia Substrate, make sure you have that installed and check to see if it works on your iOS version.

Do you want to try the same app in the tutorial? To see if something changed on 11.2.1 compared to 11.1.2? To even verify if the save games may have been patched by the developers?

Make sure you have iTunes installed, PC trusted and iPhone unlocked as well as Find My iPhone disabled. Otherwise reboot all and try again. Reinstalling iTunes may also help. Find and use something similar. As long as you can put the hack files inside the .imazingapp file you’re good.

Again, use the normal method if Jailbroken. Read the save game's topic. Tested this on 3 Save Game Cheats so far, all working. I think it's best if you copy the files manually instead of dragging and dropping folders? Still doing further tests.
