I cannot please everyone. Maintaining 2x2GB IPAs is already killing me. My internet is not the best..

You are the first one I've seen to ask this. I'm not even sure if the GLOBAL codes work on the JP version.

I think the DLG integration is causing bans, people are likely using abusive codes. Considering removing it next update.
