There is no real way to tell from what I know. Perhaps the App Store mentions it on the app's page? Usually, if an app isn't iPad optimized, iOS will give you a supersized iPhone app version.

Both of them are real. They're made by the same person and have different features. One of them disables Enemy Attacks. The other has Auto-Win.
