    Have you tried removing the app and re-downloading using your Japanese account? Also, just so you know, the game was last updated on April 17, 2018, which is 1 Month & 10 Days ago. So are you sure you're not confusing something? Just because Global Dragon Ball Z Dokkan Battle gets updated, does not mean the Japanese one will too. They have different content. Current Japanese version is 3.12.0.

    We're working on improving the menu. As you may notice something different this update. That's a reason for delaying this update. Once the menu is mature enough, updates should come faster, in fact, you wouldn't have to wait for an update at all.

    This is likely because you used a Japanese iTunes account to install the app or you used a cracked version and you're unable to update it unless your login to the Japanese account again. Or wait for the cracked to upload the new version.
