Sideloading tools on macOS still work. AltStore is supposed to work but I’m unsure why it’s giving issues with our IPAs.

Hello, This seems like a potential bug with the beta versions of iOS 14. I believe we will just have to wait until Apple fixes it. We'll see what we can do too.
