    Hello, If you are receiving the "ineligible" message when attempting to transfer your subscription to a new UDID/device, then unfortunately that means the transfer eligibility window has closed for your current App+ subscription so you would need to purchase a new App+ subscription to for your new device.     You can SSH into your iDevice as root and run the dpkg -i xxx.deb command to install it.

    If NekoJB is like any other jailbreaks and following the standards of a proper jailbreak, it should be working fine. Make sure you have the equivalent of Cydia Substrate, Substitute or Libhooker installed.
