Hello, Apologies for my late reply. If your card was declined, please try purchasing again from a different device and network. You can try purchasing from your iOS Device & use Mobile Data. If the issue still persists, make sure your card has enough funds. The ViP prices are in USD. Hey, Does this happen with a specific app, or multiple apps? If yes, can you tell me which and also what your iOS version is? Have you also tried rebooting your device to see if it displays the app?

This is a known issue which will be fixed next update. But try dot or comma depending on your region!
