Hey, If you did not previously back up via iTunes, or iCloud or any other ways, then the data is likely gone. You could use some data restoration programs for your iPhone, but I don't think they really work. At least I've never tried them.

Hello, Are you using Safari? If not, you must use Safari for App+ installation. Also, attempt to reboot your device and open the link in a private tab.
