Do you have the IPA file? Seems like this is an issue with the IPA. -
This issue will be fixed next update. If you can, use the 64-bit version of Sideloadly.

Hey. Perhaps try AppStore++? You could download an old version that may work on your device. -
You can try with theos-jailed for now. You can inject custom dylibs into the IPA or create your own. Otherwise, just wait for a Sideloadly update.

So even if you inject that dylib, chances are it may not work because it was built for Jailbroken and it's looking for CydiaSubstrate.framework on the Jailbreak location. So it's not a straightforward process.
