You need a full PC VPN it seems since you cannot seem to connect to Sideloadly's server on your connection.

Hello, To bypass this limit, you can use a new Apple ID. However, you won't be able to overwrite/re-sideload already installed apps without uninstalling them first. iOSGods App+ & enrolling for Apple Developer Program fixes this issue.

Hello, Yes, it does support the latest iOS versions. iOS 15 is currently being worked on and should be ready really soon!
