Please send a recording of your issue and crash logs too. To obtain crash logs, head over to Settings -> Privacy -> Analytics & Improvements -> Analytics Data. Once there, you need to find the crash log pertaining to the app in question which will usually go by the format AppName-Date-Time.ips. Save the file and upload it via DropBox or copy and paste its content.

Did you uninstall and reinstall?

I just tested on iOS 15 with TrollStore and it works fine. I think you should uninstall the app entirely (make sure your save is synced!) and then proceed to install again with TrollStore.

IAPs won't work on decrypted IPAs. You'll need to use the official version to support the developers.

I tried it via Sideloadly and it works fine on iOS 18.3. Do you have crash logs? To obtain crash logs, head over to Settings -> Privacy -> Analytics & Improvements -> Analytics Data.
