You can use iTunes with app downloading support or iMazing to download the IPA and then install it using Sideloadly. Alternatively, there used to be a tweak called LowerInstall which I don’t know if it’s active anymore. -

Hey, If you're Jailbroken, using Live Offset Patcher may help you with testing offsets. Otherwise, you'll need to have some prior experience into how game modding works.
