Please delete this folder: /Library/Mail/Bundles/SideloadlyPlugin.mailbundle And re-open Sideloadly to set up anisette again. Rebooting your MacBook seems to help too.

Please use local anisette. That was released to fix this issue. Please setup and install local anisette when asked to do so then follow the instructions to enable the Mail app plugin. It is required in order to proceed.
